Orangefield Presbyterian Church was founded in 1935 and we celebrated our 75th birthday in 2010. We currently have a congregation of more than 500 families.
We are part of the Presbyterian Church in Ireland.
Our church meets for worship and fellowship every Sunday morning at 10.30am and Sunday evening at 7.00pm. Everyone’s welcome to our services and to the many events and organisations we run throughout the week.
Our building didn’t always look like it does today. We completed a major renovation and rebuilding project in September 2008 and our new building gives us more space, more facilities and more possibilities.
But the building is simply a means to an end. It helps us to be an open and welcoming church which serves our community – and we’re excited about how the community is responding. People who had never set foot inside a church are coming in. Our kids are bringing their non-Christian friends and the schools and businesses nearby are using the facilities throughout the day.
